Tapestry of Bronze Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy: The Tapestry of Bronze only uses the information sent to us for the purposes of administering the poetry contests. This includes e-mail addresses so that we can contact the winners, and birth dates of those submitting poems for the under-18 category so that we can confirm that the entry belongs to this category. Winning poets who wish to receive their prizes may need to supply additional information so that checks and award certificates can be sent or money wired.

Occasionally third parties wish to use the poems. We will not give these third parties your e-mail address but may forward such requests to you. We will not give your e-mail address to any third party without your explicit permission.

We may use your e-mail address in the future to inform you of new Tapestry of Bronze contests.

Non personal information is collected via website statistics, which are used to determine the popularity of the various pages.

No financial information is requested, unless we need that information to transfer money to you. Such information is deleted once transfer is complete.

Kids who are under 13 are protected under COPPA. They should get permission from a parent before entering the contest. Their e-mail addresses are deleted after the contests are finished. Parents can ask at any time to have their children’s e-mail addresses deleted.
